The Vaughn Family is one of Arcadia’s most powerful and influential criminal organisations.

Built around loyalty, power, and wealth, the family is involved in a wide range of illegal activities and uses its influence to establish connections throughout Arcadia. As one of the city’s leading crime families, the Vaughns are determined to expand their territory, protect their interests, and maintain their position within Arcadia’s criminal hierarchy.
The Family’s influence extends across both the city’s legitimate business sector and its criminal underworld. Rather than relying solely on overt criminal activity, the Vaughns maintain a discreet presence through legitimate businesses, franchises, and commercial interests, which they acquire, invest in, or gradually take control of. These enterprises provide the Family with a legitimate public presence while allowing its wider operations to remain concealed behind seemingly lawful businesses.
