The Website is operated by Metro Productions, an independent Roblox development studio and online community.
Metro Productions develops and operates Roblox experiences and provides various online services, community features, tools, systems, and other functionality through the Website.
Metro Productions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially associated with Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
References to Roblox or Discord on the Website are made solely for the purpose of identifying the third-party platforms or services with which Metro Productions may interact.
Roblox and related trademarks, names, logos, and other intellectual property are owned by Roblox Corporation. Discord and related trademarks, names, logos, and other intellectual property are owned by Discord Inc. Nothing on the Website is intended to imply an official partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with either company unless expressly stated.

These Terms apply regardless of how you access the Website, including through a computer, mobile device, browser, application, API, embedded feature, or any other method made available by Metro Productions.
If you access or use the Website on behalf of another person, organization, group, or entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that such person, organization, group, or entity agrees to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access, browse, register for, or otherwise use the Website.
Certain portions of the Website may require you to create or connect an Account.
When creating an Account, you may be required to provide information such as a username, display name, email address, authentication information, Roblox Account information, Discord Account information, or other information necessary for the operation of the relevant Service.
You agree that information you provide to Metro Productions will be accurate, current, and not intentionally misleading.
You must not register an Account using information belonging to another person without authorization.
You must not impersonate another individual, Metro Productions Staff member, organization, company, or other entity.
Metro Productions may reject, restrict, suspend, or terminate an Account where we reasonably believe the Account was created fraudulently, improperly, for abusive purposes, or in violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and Account Credentials.
You must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized individuals from obtaining access to your Account.
You must not knowingly share your Account Credentials with another person where doing so could compromise your Account or violate these Terms.
You must not attempt to obtain, use, modify, disclose, or interfere with another User's Account Credentials.
If you believe that your Account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or otherwise exposed to a security risk, you should notify Metro Productions as soon as reasonably possible.
Metro Productions will not be responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your Account, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Metro Productions reserves the right to issue Enforcement Actions where we reasonably believe that a User has violated these Terms, the Community Guidelines, Applicable Law, or otherwise misused the Website.
Enforcement Actions may include warnings, restrictions, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, Account termination, removal of Website access, removal of Perks, or other reasonable measures.
If your Account or access to the Website has been suspended, restricted, banned, or terminated, you are not permitted to access or use the Website or any restricted Services for the duration of that Enforcement Action.
You must not attempt to bypass, circumvent, avoid, or defeat an Enforcement Action.
Prohibited Ban Evasion includes, without limitation:
Where reasonably necessary, Metro Productions may apply an Enforcement Action to additional Accounts that we reasonably determine are controlled, operated, or associated with the same User.
Attempting to evade an Enforcement Action may result in additional restrictions, an extended suspension, or permanent termination.
The appropriate method for disputing an Enforcement Action is through the applicable Appeal process.
You agree to use the Website only for its intended purposes and in compliance with Applicable Law.
You must not use the Website to:
Metro Productions may determine whether particular conduct constitutes misuse of the Website where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, its Users, or its Services.
Users participating in the Community must comply with the Community Guidelines in addition to these Terms.
Users are expected to communicate respectfully and avoid conduct that could reasonably interfere with other Users' ability to use the Website.
Metro Productions may establish additional rules for specific Community areas, events, features, or Services.
Additional rules may be communicated through the Website and may form part of the requirements applicable to the relevant feature.
Failure to comply with Community Guidelines may result in Enforcement Action.
The Website may allow Users to submit, upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise provide User Content.
You remain responsible for User Content that you submit through the Website.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit the User Content and to grant the rights described in these Terms.
By submitting User Content, you grant Metro Productions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, distribute, and technically modify that User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the Website and Services.
This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Metro Productions.
Metro Productions may retain copies of User Content where reasonably necessary for backups, security, moderation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational purposes.
You must not submit or distribute User Content that:
Violates Applicable Law;
Metro Productions may remove, restrict, disable, or otherwise moderate User Content that we reasonably believe violates these requirements.
Metro Productions may review, moderate, restrict, remove, or disable User Content and other activity on the Website.
Moderation may be performed through automated systems, manual review, Staff review, User Reports, or a combination of these methods.
We do not guarantee that every violation will be detected or that every piece of User Content will be reviewed.
The absence of moderation action does not mean that particular content or conduct is approved by Metro Productions.
We may preserve relevant information where reasonably necessary to investigate violations, enforce these Terms, protect Users, respond to security incidents, or comply with Applicable Law.
Users may submit Reports concerning suspected violations of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, security concerns, inappropriate content, abuse, or other issues.
Reports should be submitted honestly and in good faith.
You must not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or malicious Reports.
Metro Productions may investigate Reports at its discretion and may take any Enforcement Action considered appropriate.
Submitting a Report does not guarantee that Metro Productions will disclose the outcome of an investigation.
Metro Productions may take Enforcement Action where we reasonably believe that a User has violated these Terms, the Community Guidelines, Applicable Law, or otherwise misused the Website.
The nature and severity of an Enforcement Action may depend on factors including the seriousness of the conduct, previous violations, frequency of violations, potential harm, User cooperation, and other relevant circumstances.
Metro Productions may take immediate action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect Users, systems, Services, or the integrity of the Website.
We are not required to provide advance notice before taking action where doing so could reasonably increase the risk of further abuse, evidence destruction, security compromise, or other harm.
If you believe an Enforcement Action was issued incorrectly, you may submit an Appeal through the support method designated by Metro Productions.
An Appeal should include sufficient information for Metro Productions to identify the relevant Account and understand the basis of your request.
Submitting an Appeal does not automatically reverse, suspend, or pause an Enforcement Action.
Metro Productions may review an Appeal and may uphold, modify, reduce, or reverse an Enforcement Action where appropriate.
Abusive, repetitive, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading Appeals may result in additional restrictions.
The Website and Website Materials may contain Intellectual Property owned by or licensed to Metro Productions.
Except where expressly permitted by Metro Productions or Applicable Law, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, license, commercially exploit, or otherwise misuse Metro Productions Content.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Metro Productions' Intellectual Property.
You may use the Website Materials only as reasonably necessary to access and use the Website for its intended purpose.
Metro Productions reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms.
You may provide Feedback concerning the Website or Services.
By submitting Feedback, you acknowledge that Metro Productions may use, reproduce, modify, develop, publish, or otherwise utilize that Feedback without restriction or obligation to compensate you, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

These may include Roblox, Discord, authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, communication platforms, payment providers, or other external services.
Your use of a Third-Party Service may be subject to that provider's own terms, policies, and requirements.
Metro Productions does not control Third-Party Services and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or functionality.
A Third-Party Service becoming unavailable may affect the availability of corresponding Metro Productions features.
Metro Productions may use Roblox and Discord integrations to provide certain Website features.
For example, the Website may use Roblox or Discord information to authenticate Users, verify Accounts, provide community functionality, determine eligibility, or provide Perks.
Any Roblox or Discord Account remains subject to the applicable terms and policies of Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
Metro Productions does not control Roblox or Discord and cannot guarantee the continued availability of their APIs, systems, authentication services, or other functionality.
Changes made by Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or another Third-Party Service may require Metro Productions to modify, restrict, or discontinue related Website features.
Metro Productions is not responsible for actions taken against your Roblox or Discord Account by those respective platforms.
The Website may provide Perks, rewards, roles, access levels, digital benefits, or other functionality to eligible Users.
Perks may be subject to additional eligibility requirements.
Metro Productions reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, remove, or discontinue Perks where reasonably necessary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Perks do not constitute permanent property or an irrevocable entitlement.
Where a Perk depends upon information provided by a Third-Party Service, Metro Productions may verify that information before granting or continuing to provide the Perk.
If the information supporting a Perk becomes invalid, unavailable, reversed, or otherwise changes, the corresponding Perk may be removed or modified.
Certain Services or Perks may be made available through Purchases or Subscriptions.
Where a transaction is processed through a Third-Party Service, the transaction may be subject to that provider's payment terms, refund policies, and other requirements.
Metro Productions does not request or require Users to provide payment card information through ordinary Website support or moderation channels.
You must not provide payment credentials, passwords, authentication tokens, or other sensitive credentials to Metro Productions Staff unless specifically required through an official and secure process.
Where applicable, payment disputes or refund requests must be directed to the payment provider responsible for processing the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under Applicable Law.
Metro Productions does not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The Website may become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, hosting issues, network problems, Third-Party Service failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
