Who we are

Metro Productions builds Roblox experiences and runs this community platform. We are an independent studio and are

not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

Your account

You need an account to post, react and claim perks. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep

your password to yourself and use one you do not use anywhere else.

You must be old enough to hold a Roblox account and to agree to these terms in your country. If you are under the age

of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or our community guidelines. Where we do, we will tell you

why unless doing so would compromise an investigation or somebody's safety.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to display, store and distribute it on this

site and in our experiences, and to keep a copy for moderation and backup purposes.

Do not post content you do not have the right to post, and do not post anything that breaks our community guidelines.

Purchases and perks

Every purchase is made on Roblox, not on this site. We never take a payment, never see your payment details, and

never store them. When you buy a game pass, developer product or subscription, Roblox processes that transaction under

Roblox's own terms.

What this site does is verify what you own and apply the matching rewards to your account here and in our games. That

means:

• Refunds are handled by Roblox under Roblox's refund policy, not by us.
• If Roblox reverses a purchase, we may remove the perks that came from it.
• If a perk does not arrive, tell us and we will investigate — every purchase we receive is recorded, including ones we

could not match to an account.

Perks are a licence to use a feature, not property. We may change or retire a perk, and if we retire one you paid for

we will say so in advance where we reasonably can.

Availability

We run this site and our games as reliably as we can, but we do not promise they will always be available. Experiences

change over time, and features may be added, altered or removed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will announce it on the site before it takes effect.
