Community guidelines
How to behave here, and what happens when people do not.
The point of this place
The forums exist so players and the people building the games can talk to each other properly. That only works if it
stays worth reading.
What we expect
Be decent to people. Disagree with the argument, not the person. Heated is fine; personal is not.
Post where it fits. Use the category that matches your topic. Staff will move threads rather than delete them, so
getting it wrong is not a problem.
Be specific in bug reports. What you did, what you expected, what happened instead, and which game. A vague report
is a report nobody can act on.
Search before you post. If your question has been answered, adding to that thread helps more people than a new one.
Credit other people's work. If you are sharing something you did not make, say who made it.
What is not allowed
- Harassment, threats, or targeting somebody because of who they are
- Sexual content, or anything sexualising a minor — this results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to Roblox
- Scams, phishing, account trading, or anything designed to take something from another member
- Advertising unrelated products, servers or services
- Sharing another person's private information
- Deliberately evading a moderation action with another account
- Exploits, cheats, or instructions for either
How moderation works
Reports go to a queue that staff actually read. Depending on what happened, we may remove a post, lock a thread, warn
you, suspend your account temporarily, or ban it.
Every moderation action is recorded, and you are told what happened and why. If you think we got it wrong, reply to the
notification or email the support address — we would rather fix a mistake than defend it.
Staff are held to these guidelines too. A staff member behaving badly is a bigger problem than a member doing the same,
not a smaller one.
Perks and paid content
Buying a perk does not buy leniency. Supporters follow the same rules as everybody else.
If your account is banned, perks you have already bought on Roblox remain yours on Roblox — but the rewards attached to
them on this site stop applying.
