Privacy policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run an account system, a forum and a perk system — and we tell you exactly what that

is below. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising on this site.

What we collect

Account data. Your username, display name, email address and a hash of your password. We never store your password

itself; it is hashed with scrypt, which cannot be reversed.

Profile data. Anything you choose to add: bio, location, pronouns, website, avatar and banner images.

Connected accounts. If you link Roblox, we store your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar URL. If you

link Discord, we store your Discord ID, username and avatar hash. Linking is optional and you can unlink at any time.

Content. Your threads, posts, reactions and reports.

Technical data. Session records including a salted hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, so

you can see and revoke your own signed-in devices. We hash IP addresses rather than storing them.

Purchase records. When you claim a perk, we store which perk, when, how it was verified and the Roblox receipt

reference. We never receive your payment details — Roblox handles the transaction.

Why we collect it

To run your account, to show your profile and posts, to moderate the community, to deliver the perks you have bought,

and to keep the site secure. That is the complete list.

What you control

Your privacy settings let you decide who can see your profile, your recent activity, your connected accounts and your

badges. You can turn off mentions, hide your last-seen time, and opt out of search-engine indexing of your profile.

Your notification settings control what we tell you about, on the site and by email.

Who sees your data

Staff with the relevant permission can see member records for moderation, and every time they do something privileged

it is written to an audit log. We do not share your data with third parties except the infrastructure we run on

(our database and file storage host) and Roblox's public APIs when verifying an account you asked us to link.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account: we remove your

personal data and anonymise your posts so that conversations other people took part in stay readable.

Moderation records are kept even after deletion, because they exist to protect other members.

Children

Roblox communities include young people. We do not knowingly collect more from a child than from anybody else, and we

collect very little from anybody. If you are a parent or guardian and want your child's data removed, contact us and

we will act on it.
